2015 Yukon Denali XL Liftgate Bumper missing? (GM part # 84655838)

I now notice that there is only 1 liftgate bumper located on the drivers side of my truck. On the left is a hole with no bumper. Is there a bumper missing or is this used as a water drain hole? I did notice after a rainstorm when I opened the liftgate, water was draining out of that hole. This was when I first noticed it was an empty hole with no bumper. Can others with same truck check to see if they also only have 1 driver side bumper on their truck. Pictures attached...

I was missing one too. I ordered another one and installed it.
I was looking for a squeak that was originating in the tailgate when I saw that a bumper was missing.

Confirmed, both sides have bumper. 2015 Yukon Denali.
