2015 Tahoe ltz passenger side headlight

Hoping for suggestions on passenger side headlamp issue in 2015 Tahoe Ltz. 129K miles. Just replaced both headlights after dealing with the passenger side not staying on consistently. Initially, I just had the passenger side replaced.. the driver side ended up looking like a flashlight beam and the passenger side beam from new bulb was obscured somehow (first pic) so I took it back, they replaced both bulbs with brand new ones and next day I notice in the reflection of the vehicle in front of me that the right side is out again. (Second pic) Suggestions please?!
