2015 Tahoe 2nd & 3rd row interior lights flash when I tap my brakes.

Last week, my 2nd & 3rd row interior lights flash quickly when I hit my brake pedal.

Anyone here ever come across this before?

When you tap the brakes do the actual brake lights work properly?

When you push and hold the brakes, do the interior lights only flash, or do they stay on like the brake lights should?

Any recent work on the truck?

Brake lights do work properly
interior lights just flash when brakes are initially pressed.
new transmission replaced by dealer 2 months ago, but this only started happening last week.

Do a Google search for this(interior lights flashing), if I recall there were others having this issue and there was a fix.
