Those are really nice, They're the first aftermarket headlights I'v seen that actually look better than OEM.

I'm Curious tho, Since there's 3 projectors does that mean the bottom two are high beams and the top one is the low beam? Or vise versa?

If you watch the video closely from 0:15-021 they show the high beams turning on and off and from what I can tell it seems that only the top 2 LED projectors activate for the high beams.

These are very sharp and Morimoto does make quality lighting products.

I’d be curious if these are designed as a plug and play for Yukon’s with factory halogen low beams or if they are also plug and play for Yukon Denali owners with OEM D3S HID low beams.

Wow, so you would have a total of 4 High beams? That's allot of light being thrown out. That alone makes these a little more enticing.

It said in the Video Description that these are completely plug and play with no modification required. Pretty awesome.

they will be plug and play for the halogen lights. Morimoto makes very nice stuff and these headlights will be kickass, but be prepared, they will $800+ for the pair

Yes I would also assume that they would be plug and play for the models with OEM Halogen low beam headlights, not the Denali models with OEM D3S HID low beam headlights.

As far as pricing goes, it doesn't seem anything has been posted yet, but based on what I see for the LED Headlight assemblies available for other newer trucks I would guess somewhere between $1,200-$1,400 for the pair.

thats probably about right on the price but most places that will be selling them, Lightwerkz and TRS will offer them on 15% intro sales and pre orders that will drop em to the 8-900 range. expensive but potentially worth it. Thats not too bad, i have about 500 into an HID retrofit plus whatever my time is worth

Because the wiring is completely different and if you have a factory HID, you can just do a projector or aftermarket bulb swap and that will greatly increase performance. Additionally, there would be a significant amount of cutting wiring and removing components to convert the HIDs to LED

Always been weary of their long distance performance based on just about every other LED performance review compared to halogen.

wouldn't it be just change the fixture and a different harness the ballast and all the hid components are on the housing

Potentially, but it depends on how the factory lights are designed. It could require the use of a differently designed harness, and it also doesnt figure on it the BCMs are aware of an HID option. If you look through the other existing LED options they have, they do not specifically mention they would work in the HID however they mention several times upgrades over the halogen and OEM LED options. The other issue is there would have to be harness specifically designed for the trucks with HID since the connectors to the OEM ballast will be different across manufactures. You could always write them and ask if they will replace the HID lights but i would be surprised....could happen but i wouldnt count on it

has anyone looked at the up fitter pages to see the pin outs on the connections and if they are the same i am sure that would shed light on it if not answer our questions. Knowing gm its the same connection different pin-outs
