2013 Transmission bangs

Every so often, the trans on my 2013 bangs pretty hard. Like when I lift off the gas, it downshifts with a nasty BANG.
I started reading about a bad solenoid. I'm going to try changing the fluid, but at 150,000 miles. I'm kinda hesitate to do so...
anyone experience this?

Change the fluid first, and see if the issue goes away. If not, it needs to be looked at by a transmission specialist. It could be something simple like a solenoid, but it could be more complex, like a drum that has become misaligned for some reason (which happened to me).
