are longer front CVs required if a front level is installed?

Guy I bought from installed a front level (pucks). No issues that I noticed but when temperatures dropped, I noticed front end popping when turning (stopped or stationary, no difference).

Truck has brand new UCAs, LCAs. If not CVs then only thing left is tie rods.

Don't need longer CV's.
Make sure new arms are tight.

The angle of the CV joints are definitely different with the lift, but a puck lift is not all that much. It is possible that your CV joints are worn and the angle difference is forcing them to make that noise.

As other folks above have stated, get the truck on a lift and ensure that all suspension and steering parts are in good shape and tight, before possibly zeroing in on the CV joints.
