Michelin defenders. 275/55R20

There appears to be a lot of options. Trying to work through that now and find the struts and shocks that will give me the smoothest ride.
Didn't you post your RPO sheet on another thread or forum? Think I answered it a few days ago.

Anyhow, did you replace any other components of the strut assembly? The top mount and other components also play an important role in ride quality.

This is what was replaced as part of the mevotec kit. I also replaced the rear shocks with Bilstein 4600s

Well, the answer to my earlier question seems to be no. You really can't consider this a ZW7 suspension anymore because it is mostly a Mevotech suspension with Bilstein shocks and struts. You are still sporting the original bushings in the lower control arms, inner tie rods and all of the ten year old strut components and probably the same out back.

One thing I am not sure of, you are running 20 inch wheels, did it come with those originally? I thought all 20" wheel and tire cars came with the Z55 suspension on this generation?

IScreenshot_20220406-092000.png I also installed these lower control arms. Pardon for not including that. As for the tire and wheel size, it's what came with this vehicle.

It came with this vehicle only means that that's what's on it when I bought it. No idea what it came with from the factory.

What brand and size and air pressure with regards to the tires?

Remember this, GM offers customized shocks and struts depending on how your vehicle is equipped and optioned. Bilstein, Monroe, etc. offer very few part numbers and are not as customized to your suspension. Having said that, many prefer aftermarket struts and shocks.

Mine also has the dumb suspension and rides like an old Cadillac with OE parts and Michelin Defenders.
Do you think new springs will make any difference?
