Hey folks, I’m trying to switch out my struts and CV axles on my 08 Suburban . Everything I’ve seen makes it look super easy, but mine has the 2” levelling spacers under the strut mounts. I can’t get the strut bolts out because the CV axle is in the way, and I can’t get the CV axle out because the strut’s in the way !! Has anybody dealt with this ? Thanks !

Howdy Ross! I think you'll have to first take the tie rod out of the steering knuckle. Someone may have put the bolts for the level in upside down. Check the youtube videos for the Rough Country 2" Level installation.

The bolts are upside down, looks like I need to release the upper control arm/ball joint to get enough clearance. Thanks for the reply [emoji106]
