This morning when I cranked up my 2007 Yukon it was running very rough, traction control lights were on and check engine was flashing. I have since changed all plugs and boots. It is still running rough but the check engine is now no longer flashing. I also removed the valve cover where PCV valve is and tried to clean it out. I do not have any codes yet as the check engine was flashing and I did not want to drive it like that. I should have some later this evening. Just wondering if anyone may know what is happening. I noticed that when I pull the PCV hose off it idles much smoother than when it is on. I wish I could upload a video.

For the time being you might want to stop changing parts, until you can determine a cause. Use a decent scanner and read the individual cylinder misfires.
Also check the short- and long-term fuel trims to see what numbers they are showing.
With a scanner, what is the MAF reporting at hot idle, if you can get it to that point?

The most common cause of dash warning lights suddenly going bonkers is electrical, with (1) a faulty ground wire, either corroded or loose, usually in the engine bay, or (2) corroded battery cables (they rot from the inside out) and/or battery terminals, or (3) a failing battery.
Check each of these out, and you will most likely find the solution to your issue. If not, we are here for you to further troubleshoot.
