looks like you probably have a leak at the firewall where the lines connect to the heater core, usually they just break off but they sometimes crack and leak
check right here for leaks

So looking this is the only “source” location I found but it’s not dripping, just wet.

I rubbed the T connectors and didn’t feel wetness

then you need to grab a flashlight and slide under the truck and follow the wet trail up, if it's not at the firewall then it's on the hose going to the water pump, or the water pump is seeping, or the overflow tank is cracked or a radiator hose is leaking or the radiator is leaking, you just need to get under it and take a GOOD look with light. if it's leaking from the engine block that's bad news but that's not very likely.

looking at your picture it looks like it is coming from in front of the crossmember, wind and gravity will carry it back from wherever it is leaking in front of that.

So this is the 6 month extended warranty that was included. At first glance I’m not sure if I should just use this to get it fixed. I prefer to fix myself but this will save the headache too

if you have leak in front the fluid may not leak there it may stick to the surface and then drip down much lower

it could be the water pump, but you need to get way up under the truck to see, the water pump is pretty much dead front center on the engine you can see your hoses connected to it on the passenger side, one hose t-s off and goes to the radiator and back to the firewall

where it t-s off from the water pump it has a plastic part that sometimes cracks too, you can grab it and give a wiggle and see if anything comes out
