2004 Denali AC Fan Vibration

I am looking at a 2004 Denali with 30k miles. When the a/c fan is on the highest setting, there is a very noticable vibration that resonates through the steering wheel, brake pedal, etc. Only noticeable on high, ac fan compartment is clean, dealer says it doesn't have a passenget compartment air filter but doesn't think the vibration is a problem.

Ideas??

take it on a test drive to a mechanic to look at it. Of course the dealer will say its not a problem, that way they are relieved of the responsibilities of fixing it. On mine there is no vibration when on high so yes it is a problem
