new plate must be a curse, I swear I haven’t had REP in 5-6months. Had to pull over several times today in just 10 miles, simply clearing the codes wouldn’t work. Maybe I’ll convert to a cable TB, I freaking hate REP and have replaced everything.
Have you replaced the pigtail to the tb? How's the ground on the ds under the running board?

I have not replaced the pigtail but it looks great and I fear even well soldered splices could be worse that it is currently. The grounds all look great.

From what I’ve read lots of people running an X link have these problem intermittently. Theres a new method of using a bigger DBW TB someone wrote up over on PT.net, I might try that before I go cable or sell it.

The pigtail can look good from the outside, but it's known to suffer from small breaks in the copper wiring--meanwhile it looks good from the outside (insulation looks good). Something to consider.

I suppose that’s possible, today it did it to me at idle trying to leave my shoot range/cow pasture. I had to not just clear the code that would be to easy. I had to unplug the Xlink on both ends then turn to accessory, clear the code, then start the truck. And then of course it let me drive 10 miles and absolutely romp it with some drifts and hard 1-2 pulls
