I've been having issues for over 4 years with passing an emission test. I just replaced my cats with an aftermarket Y pipe with cats. I had 2 exhaust leaks from some blocked off auxiliary ports on my manifolds ( bad gaskets) fixed. So after installing the Y pipe I took it out for a 65 mile run and when I got back I put my scanner on it and it picked up low voltage on both banks sensors 1 . It didn't throw a code on the dash but my scanner shows it. I did notice that when I put my hi beams on the radio got some static and the volume got slightly lower. both battery and alt are good. any suggestions?

Could it still be running on previous setting and not enough mileage since cats were changed. one of the original cats was completely burned out hole straight thru. If put on 165 miles since new cats.

Were the codes there before the cat replacement? How old are the sensors? If original, may be just time to change. You have a graph of the voltage of the precat sensors? Easier to tell with voltage graph vs time

no the sensor codes were not there. I only had the codes for the cats. sensors are new. I'll have to check to see if I have graph includes on my program. I'll post if I do.

Ahhh, what brand sensors? I've heard mixed reviews on Bosch just as an example.
