2003 Chevy Tahoe Wheels

I still have factory tires on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe LT 4x4 and I am looking to put a set off 22" wheels on it. My factory tire size is a 265 70R16. I have purchased some Cattivo 726 wheels but I am a little confused on what tire size to get. I am worried a 305 40R22 will be to wide and look stupid. Any help would be great.

I'm pretty sure that's the size on our wheels. Check my photos. They look fine but follow every groove in the road.
