2 Issues found underneath the hood

OK I was looking for issues in my wiring harness concerning my # 3 misfire and saw these two problems

what the hell is this and where does it go?

What year do u have... And yes those last pictures are ground straps... They are very important... Replace that as soon as possible.... After look at my truck that first wire goes the the purge canister ...

its a 99...Can i get the ground straps from any auto parts store?

yes, any parts place should have them

thanks guys i plugged the wires in and now im off to buy this ground strap
