18" Rims/tires

Got myself some used 18x8" wheels for 100 bucks...tires are shot but ive wanted to get a nice at tire neway.jus put the wheels on for a test fit not keeping them on till i get new tires...think about getting a 275/70/18 maybee a bf goodrich at or something similar..ne one have ne other size options for an 18....
