08 tahoe codes po230, po453, po69E, po25A

Engine stumbled, went dead and would not restart.. Codes read were po230-po453-po69E and po25A plus a few others that I though were listed as result of above codes. Have no fuel pressure, pump not running. Good relay and fuses ok Being the fuel level stopped working a couple of months ago, I decided that the pump was bad and a good time replace it. Replaced with OEM AC Delco MU1711. No start, just stumbled then no start at all.. I am trying to borrow a scanner. I feel like its the fuel pump module but am wondering if the failure of the fuel tank pressure sensor could knock out power to the fuel pump. Some say it will, some say it will not? Does anybody think the tank pressure sensor could be the problem? Thanls

might want to check out the FPCM (Fuel Pressure Control Module), just above the spare tire beneath the box at the rear of the truck, I have read these things get messed up from moisture, rust etc because of there location.
