OK so I just bought an 07 ltz clearly had auto ride,2wd and was done quite well surprisingly bilsteins and all rides quite nice.

OK I hate dash lights and it has the service suspension soon, you can see the grey connector on top of the ft springs,no idea on the rear. Did see a compressor in the rear. Any links or something, I would like to remove the compressor and no warning lights.
Thank you

Sounds like you originally had the Z55 suspension for this truck, which has been removed and replaced by passive Bilstein shocks. The Z55 suspension has electrical connectors on all 4 shocks and air lines to the rear shocks. Changing to the passive suspension eliminated the need for the 4 electrical connections and the air lines to the rear shocks. As such, with what you have not does not use the electrical connectors, and does not use the compressor.

So, to eliminate the dash warning, you need to have resistors installed on all 4 electrical connectors which used to insert into the Z55 shocks (to fool the truck's system into thinking that the Z55 shocks are still in place). You can easily find them online (4-6 Ohm at 50 watts) by searching Google for 'Z55 delete resistors'. Also, identify the fuse that powers the compressor and remove it. At that point, you should see the dash warning light disappear.

The compressor does not turn on,it seems like it was done right, for the most part, it is still in place not running, I may or may not remove it. I just just drove it 991 miles and it handles great. I cab clearly see how to put resistor on the front, can someone please tell me where the rear sensors are? I looked and maybe someone tucked them up and I'm being stupid?? I dunno
Thanks

If they are still there, they should be hanging, or perhaps tucked up onto the top of the truck's frame around the area near the top of the shock.

OK so I just drove another 1500 miles home and the light is very annoying, it handle great.
Does anyone make a plug in resistor, I'm not sure I want to cut the wires,in case at some point I care to replace it. Is there a plug in diode that will work?
Thanks

Very slick adapter.

For the rear wires, don't cut the connector off, if you want to keep the autoride option open for the future. Simply shave some insulation off each individual wire and solder the resistor across those two bare wire sections. You've preserved your OEM connector, but you've still killed the dashboard warning light.

I am not a fun of cutting factory wire if possible. Does anyone know of a pigtail that connects to the rear sensors, definitely different than the front. If I could get a pigtail I could just solder to that. I did get the 25w 3.9 ohm resistors and the front is done, this is for the rear only.
Thanks
