I have 07 LTZ that i bought used back in 2010. I dont know if my came from the factory with hitch cover or not but i did see some Tahoes, Yukons and Escalaxes with one. My dont have chrome strip on rear bumper.
I found two different one but im not sure which one do i need. I think one is wider the other one
I do have 4 holes underneath bumper, two on each side, one round and one square

On some websites says one is for LTZ/Denali on some they say it wont fit so im not sure whats what

Yesterday i did some research on gmpartsdirect and gmpartsonline and looks like my 07 LTZ dont have LTZ bumper. Hows is that possible. Mine don thave 2 vertical lines grooves like LTZ have. Did someone rear ended this Tahoe before i bought and installed non LTZ bumper ? Price of both bumpers are about same so why install wrong bumper

07-08 LTZ have the standard bumper. 09+ have the Escalade / Denali bumper, which is later named LTZ / Denali / Escalade bumper. If your truck is an 07, unless the previous owner or you have changed it, it has the standard bumper.

Impact bar is identical. Need the top pad and the chrome strip (both are extremely pricey for what they are). Bumper can easily be swapped out. Takes 20 minutes.

i dont think you need to change anything, your old step pad should work, not sure if the chrome strip comes with the new bumper or you have to buy it.

The step pad is different in the Denali bumper. I ran into that issue with the body shop. Step pad does not come with bumper cover. I just purchased one that I am willing to sell brand new if interested. I wasn't sure if insurance would write off on it since I didn't have it before but it cleared so now I have a spare.

Got her back today. Shop applied a primer to the chrome piece so they could paint it black. Stoked on results and looks much better than old bumper.

So after picking up the Yukon I noticed the rear left tire was locking up at slow speeds. Took it back to collision place and had to deal with a dumb claim agent that said "oh this could not happen from a rear end collision" and refused to send it to a GM mechanic. I called USAA and in min they sent a flatbed to pick it up. 3 hours later the mechanic said the rear differential was totally cracked, entire assembly needs to be replaced. Car is back in shop now. As for the the claim agent at the collision shop, well I was not happy with him to say the least.

Chrome piece should have the clips on it. No need for the small access cover as that will be covered up by the hitch cover.
