I have recently replaced the factory radio with an aftermarket headunit and a PAC Audio interface module. Ever since then I have a persistent U1000 Code (Class II Data Bus Communication Error - Rear Audio/HVAC). Is it possible to delete the rear audio panel via programming? I have a Tech II available (Chinese Clone).
I don't want to physically remove the panel because it is also the controls for the rear HVAC which I still have and it still works. Is there a way I can de-activate or de-register the module?
