03 Tahoe fender to 01 Yukon?

My Yukon got gouged in a parking lot the weekend before last.

I can only tell from photos that the Tahoe fender has less mounting holes. Will it fit?

03 tahoe to 01 tahoe

or

03 yukon to 01 yukon

would work fine, but cant go between the models due to the headlight/grill differences
