On my 2003 Yukon XL Denali I'm having an issue with the interior lights. When I open the driver's door the interior lights are the door panel light will not come on but if I open any other door the lights will come on on the door and interior and eventually go out when I shut the other doors except for the driver's door. So I have to unplug the panel light on the driver's door and the flood light on my dryer mirror because it will drain my battery. I've done replaced the door actuator switch on the driver side and I can't fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I was thinking maybe the BCM was faulty but people are telling me since it works properly with all the other doors then that's most likely not the issue

The BCMs don't go bad much in these, so don't condemn it on a whim. Carefully inspect the wiring harness that connects the driver's door to the body; there's a lot of flexing in that harness and wires can go bad.

By "door actuator switch on the driver side" do you mean the Driver's Door Module that has the window switches on it, or something else?

^^^^^x2^^^^^ Check this first using the wiggle method, as this is a common issue as these trucks grow long in the tooth.
