01 denali climate control not working and driver heated seat

1.I just bought a 2001 denali and i just have started to use the heater for the 1st time and noticed that it only blows cold air when i turn the temp control on..it only works when i go to "max" 82' it blows very hot but if i go one notch down 81' it goes cold again...the vents work fine just no regulation of temp...


2.another problem is that the heated Drivers seat dont work either

Any help would be GREAT...thanks
