Yes. I took it off and plugged the holes with different size plugs and color matched them for the time being.

There are a bunch of rear end pics in my build thread.

@Red Rocket did the proper shave by welding the holes in and having it painted like it never existed. So much cleaner that way, by in the interim you can plug it until you have the time or money to have it welded and painted.

Oh yes. Then wiper delete and the door too. But it looks sweet as can be now. Really want to make that happen on mine. Would look so sweet.

Picked up some cheap factory replacements...they had good reviews so i figured he'all why not? Self levelers were still fully functioning and stiff as hell lol...anyways getting rid of them set me down about 9/16" so no complaining there

Well like previously stated the radiator busted on me below the neck on the top side. Local parts store wanted $230 for a new with limited warranty, so I then went to searching around the internet. Found a 34" wide out of Florida new with a lifetime warranty for $80. Looking at them side by side there identical and it doesn't really seem cheap made but only time will tell the quality of it. While I was at this point I went ahead and bypassed the coolant line for the throttle body so I don't have to mess with it when I get my NNBS put on. Yes I know it's not pretty but if it works it works. I thought I had some smaller rubber caps but I didn't so hose clamps it was. Put everything back together and installed the MIT. I did notice a pretty big difference in throttle response afterwards and maybe a little on the butt dyno. All in all I'm happy with it. Looks better and more room to work around everything as well.

I forgot to mention this and I'm sure most of y'all already know but some may not. Always remember to put these little clips back in the fittings for the trans lines. I learned the hard way a few years ago after installing a rebuilt trans. The bottom line on mine was missing this clip and leaking. How it didn't blow off is beyond me. These don't just fall out and I haven't messed with them so no telling how long it's been this way..

I hope that radiator works out. Always nice to find a deal, especially a great deal like you found. Noticed a difference in throttle response strictly from the bypass?

Not real sure if you'd notice anything just from that but I'm from south Arkansas and do t really need warm coolant running through the throttle body lol....

Looks good, but I'm willing to bet that it is going to drone something terrible.

No more rear wiper Used plugs from local parts store.. I bought several plugs so I will paint match them when it's not 40 degrees out. Excuse the tape, the plug did not want to stay in place while curing. I have pics of everything I did if anyone's interested in going this route.

Nice work on the grille and wiper delete. I still have my CM plugs in and am glad I ditched that wiper, even if it is not a proper shave at the moment. :waytogo:
