Buying a 2014 Denali tomorrow *hopefully. Does the 2014 Denali have air ride? I had bags on my SLT Yukon for pulling my boat, didn’t know if I need to install some on the Denali or not.
Buying a 2014 Denali with the DVD player. Only has one set of headphones. Any recs on an aftermarket set of IR headphones so my other kid will quit crying?
I’ve got a decent list of stuff I need but am a little overwhelmed with all the different sites. Does anyone have a rec on which site is usually the cheapest? I’m a little wary of ebay but may get a few things from there.
How do I tell if a 6.2L Denali has the 10 speed transmission? I’m surfing autotrader and a lot fo the posts show a 6 speed tranny but I thought the 10 speed was standard for the 2018.
Did they offer a 6 or 8 speed on the 2017 and 2018?
Found a decent deal on a 2014 Denali with 65k miles. I have a 2011 yukon SLT now. Are there any issues I need to be looking for? (I know the dash is cracked....).
Also couple questions about that model year:
Is it all time AWD? I don’t see a 4x4 selector knob.
Does this year Denali have...
Looking at buying a 2014 Denali but the dash is cracked - bad. The vehicle has the speaker on the dash. Can someone help me find the part number? It’s the tan interior (light cashmere I think).
All help is appreciated.
Current owner of a 2011 Yukon SLT. Love it, but need more power and mileage is getting up there.
Looking at a 2015-2017 used Denali.
Do those year Denali’s have magnetic suspension? I currently have bags in my yukon for towing my boat, not sure if the Denali will also need bags.
Any major...
Interested to hear the reviews. Found a couple online but it appears the RST can also mean just specific rims (and they don't have the 6.2). Wish GM would put the 6.2 in a burb.
Going to replace both light housings on my 2011 SLT as they have condensation in them. Figured I would swap the bulbs at the same time. I’m impressed with the LEDs but can’t seem to find Hi/Los that will match a fog light combo. Found some that are close made by Cougar motors on Amazon but...
2011 Yukon, 104k miles. Does have airlift bags in the rear.
Front pads need to be replaced. Going to attempt to do it myself. I tow a 6000 lb boat so might as well put on some new rotors. Looking for some affordable pads and rotors to assist while braking when towing. Don't want to break the...
2011 Yukon SLT. My buttons for my seat memory went out. Also couldn't use the easy exit feature. Came to find out that the pedal adjustment button (under the AC controls) shorted out and if that doesn't work, neither will the seat memory function. So just an FYI if you run across this. I...
Anyone have a spare black hex lug nut cap for the Z71? I have found some online but thought maybe someone here might have them in the garage. I only need one and hate to buy a set online.
I don't use the on star in my '02. Want to delete it and put a flat piece in it's place so I can then put my garmin suction mount. Anyone know where I can buy a flat piece somewhere? Only option I can find in the small cubby hole.
(and the picture is not of my T, got it off google.)
I have a 2002 Z71. Discount tire didn't tighten the lug nut caps and two are now MIA. I have done a bunch of searches on ebay and google but can't find the black lug nut caps that I have.
Any help is appreciated.
I was looking at the Chilton's manual online, and it appears to say that in order to bleed the ABS system you have to use some sort of hand-held computer.
Is doing the front brakes a DIY kind of project or do I need to take it to a qualified mechanic? Local shop said they would do it for...
2002 Tahoe Z71
So while watching some college football yesterday I opened a cold one and thought I would spend some time working on my soldering and learning how to take apart the different dash components so I could do my LED swap (don't have the LEDs yet). All the threads say the same...
So a new problem: the illumination lights for the light control switch and fog lamp/rear wiper switch won't come on. I've pulled both switches out and made sure the wiring is secure, but they now won't light up. They still work as far as getting equipment to turn on, but don't illuminate at...
New to the forum, wish I would have found it years ago....been on it for 3 hours already.
I've got issues with my rear wiper motor, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't; when it does it's real slow.
So, I got a refurbed motor from Advance and had the same problems. I then ordered...
