I thought there's a button on the left side panel that needs to be pressed each time you turn on the car that will disable the auto stop for the duration of your drive. Might have the letter A for auto stop on it.
Maybe they can refund you. Its been posted before in other threads about the date you had to be a Costco member in order to qualify.

Yeah when I was searching vehicles in my area I thought it was the same. I didn't know it meant there was no magnetic ride control and no air suspension.
From Bigmanny in a post above..."When parked they should stay down for a longer period of time or until you lock the vehicle. There is an option menu item to change this and keep them deployed while in park (in order to access the roof), but it is buried deep and it only works for a single use. "
Sorry but the air ride suspension is only on those, z71 or high country.

Did you ever test drive the MRC +air?
I won't be towing or off roading much, but I'm unsure if I should add the air ride to a Yukon AT4 I'm considering ordering. I'm coming from a 18 Tahoe without either. I did notice the drive difference when I drove around a friend's 21 denali that had both.
Yeah i wasted money on the traverse rear plastic liner that lasted maybe 2 months before the Velcro kept failing. Broke down and got canvasback since i already had it in my Tahoe
Now i see why the defrost vents were only on! Sadly it's still this way in the 18s.
I've had viper alarms in my 2011 and 2009 Tahoes. The one mile start range was no joke. Ac would come on to whatever setting was on when the car was turned off. Plus i liked the fact that i could park there car...
I think it's only for when you're needing android auto or Apple play. You connect your phone via usb.
Theres a module that makes video work while driving. http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/video-in-motion.75259/
I purchased a PSX26W led bulb from Amazon and it fit perfectly. Then I just attached the wire.

Hmm unsure, but I know my 2018 Tahoe needed PSX26W bulbs...I had to take a picture of the factory bulb writing using my phone and then enlarging it using my phone to find out the bulb type because the writing was so tiny.
Was worth it for me rather than getting a primer. Wasn't much I'd miss out on besides magnetic ride control and wireless charging. (I'm sure there were a few others)
I looked into the atlas one day at the dealership. I found the buttons inside were made for small, childlike, fingers. Plus while trying to recline the middle row seats, the handle broke off at the dealership....I tried fixing it but figured it was a omen and we left.
Just my experience.
I own both...a 2018 lt Tahoe w/luxury package and 2018 premier redline traverse (wife). She doesn't have auto fold side mirrors or rain sense wipers, but she did have wireless charging.I'm not a fan of the start stop engine on the traverse nor the cheap style sunroof shade they use.
We have a...
I remember getting the Chevy app features of remote lock unlock and start stop for 5 years..I think that includes basic onstar features. I just bought mine two weeks ago.
Did you ever install the oem wireless charger to your Tahoe? I assume yours did not originally come with the wireless option.
I rather install the oem charger than retrofit.
Just got this installed at the dealer... They charged $150.
I wasn't aware that dealer websites show the install price. Luckily one someone pointed it out and I was able to check around for a lower install price.
Plus right now GM is taking 10% off accessories.
