    Update........had the battery and alternator tested.......both were good. I actually figured that it would be quicker and easier to just replace the turn signal switch before trying to check all the bulbs. Went to LKQ and pulled a switch. Was stoked to get to the register and get charged 18...

    Well, it isn’t the turn signal relay. Figured that was the quick and easy start. I’m getting ready to test the battery.....I will keep you all posted.....next I will pull all the bulbs......then turn signal switch. Took it to a GM tech and he said likely it was the turn signal switch

    I haven't changed it yet. I just got the truck a couple months ago. I am getting close to an oil change and I thought I would knock this out at the same time. Wouldn't a thicker oil take longer to get to the right spots on cold start up's. This is when I am having the most issues.

    Would you be able to monitor this on the dash via oil pressure? Not trying to be stupid, just don't really know. I just cringe every morning when I fire her up. I know that sound can't be good, and just want to prevent any further problems.

    00 Yukon XL

    Here is the new whip...... Moved over the wheels and tires, LED's, Blacked out tails, Magnaflow exhaust, 3in body lift, double din nav unit, HID's, K&N cold air. Looking for tow mirrors, tint front windows and a brow, and clear turn signals for now......maybe cowl hood later.
