The second picture shows me that it's a 2-lane road with a turning lane in the middle (the accident occurred in one lane, there's a person walking in the center/turning lane, and there are two vehicles traveling the opposite direction in the other lane)...
You are right. My first impression is that the wreck is in a bike lane! To me that is extremely narrow traffic lane and I thought the turning lane was the traffic lane.
Good to know that everyone is ok. That was a serious hit!

I used to investigate this kinda stuff……. Even though, the Tahoe was “turning”, ( That can determine fault )
BUT….. inspecting the DIRECTION of the damage- markings, it was considered a rear ender. Other’s fault.
( In addition to the suspected speed )

I've been hearing rumors that the new Scout is about as big as a Tahoe. If anything, that would be my only alternative to getting another Yukon if mine was ever totaled. The only downside is that it's all electric. Still looks badass though.
