looking for accessory fuse I can piggyback off of.

I have the manual, the reason I am posting here is that I can't seem to get info on what some of these refer to and I was hoping someone had piggybacked off of one of these for a similar install with success. Look here and scroll to "Instrument Panel Fuse Block (Left) 36 Miscellaneous R/C...

looking for accessory fuse I can piggyback off of.

yep, 12v line is just a trigger to tell the relay board that it can turn on/off I really like to know what I'm piggybacking off of (so I know if there is a failure, what will be affected)...

looking for accessory fuse I can piggyback off of.

2016 Tahoe Z71. Installing auxiliary power box (like an s-pod) for offroad lights. Relay box installed under hood which gets power direct from battery, then lights plug into it. There is an additional low current 12v line that comes from the aux power box that if connected to an accessory...

    Firewall wiring passthrough

I'm looking to add an Spod for aux lighting and other accessories on my 2016 Tahoe LT/Z71 Not sure the best place to pass wiring through firewall. Anyone successfully do this?? Looks like the factory wiring harness goes through a giant grommet, but the BCM is directly on the inside and I...

    Passing wires through firewall grommet

Hi, I'm looking for input from someone who has added wiring through the factory firewall grommet. Short story is I want to add an Spod for aux lighting and distro point for my ham radio, etc. I was looking at where to pass the wiring through the firewall on my 2016 Tahoe LT Z71 and see a large...

    2016 Z71 rims/tires/mudflaps

The SR-A's were so bad that I could not get up a slushy frozen driveway last year in 4wd, they were caked with frozen slush and completely useless. As for road noise. The KO2s do have some hum noticeable at 20mph+, but not terribly loud. I'd buy em again for sure! -Tony

    2016 Z71 rims/tires/mudflaps

Thanks Jerry, I'm real happy with it, looks and rides better. Tires are BFG KO2 All Terrains 275/65 R18 tires. They are a bit shy of 32.1" diameter. No Rubbing issues at all. The rims are 18" x 9" I always ran BFG ATs on my trucks, this is the first time with the KO2s, I'm sold on 'em...

    Spare Tire questions -Tahoe

I'm pretty sure my truck has an old style hydraulic(pressure plate) LSD. By comparison, my old Pathfinder used to have electronic brake actuated(where the computer uses the brakes to control slippage.) I do know that running different size tire diameters with the pressure plate type of LSD...

    Spare Tire questions -Tahoe

I have a 2016 Z71 Tahoe and I just replaced the stock 265/65-18s with 275/65-18s The new tires are about 32.1" diameter. My stock spare is 265/17-17 (about 31.6 diameter) I'm deciding on what to do with the spare, I see 3 options and have 2 questions. 1) Leave it as is. It only has a -1.6%...

    2016 Z71 rims/tires/mudflaps

So I had planned on rims/tires and a small lift after the truck was out of warranty, but my mistaken interaction with a high sewer grate and a sidewall gash got me needing a set of tires. I wanted to stay close to stock height as this is my daily driver and need to be able to fit in parking...
