Anyone know how to fix my headlights?

OEM HID headlight swap works until engine start

I've had this car for 4 years no major issues. It sat for a week, after a couple of miles stabilitrak lit up and the car started missing. 2007 Tahoe LT w/ ZW7 suspension passenger front 2" from ground
HI: I bought my 2007 Tahoe on eBay a few weeks ago. It was supposed to have been in a flood although there is no water damage that I see. had to fix the air, put in a new oil pressure sender and screen and a few other things.
