Finding the ground? Cooked all of my 12v receptacles.

on my 2005 gmc yukon XL i noticed my OBD II port was not working. There was no power to the port and I checked the Cig fuse as that is really where the problem is. Nope it was fine. The other night, I lost use of everyone of my 12v receptacles. When I pulled each on of them out, each one...

U I hate to say it, but in the long tin, taking it to the dealer is cheaper than buying a new truck.

05 Yukon dash lights don’t work bu gauges work

Ok, so for me, after a new switch didn’t work I ended up foing into the back of the LP box using the schematic for the wires and literally reseating everything. It sucked. When I was done, I had all,of my dash lights working. Unfortunately I still don’t have my interior lights on, makes no...

Strange starting issue 2004 GMC Yukon

Ok, yay got to,do better than this. Use a volt meter, to better yet, get a power probe III. Saves you a lot of time. Since you can set this up everytime, before you turn the car off, our up on ramps or jack stands. Don’t use a jack, don’t want your head squashed. Now go ahead and try and...

Did I just get ripped off?

I had three brake lines replaced. It came to $850 bucks. Everyone else quoted around $500 but could not do it for a couple of weeks. When I looked at the work, it sucked. Went to the RM. he used Mitchels for labor. Is Mitchel the high book they use or is it fair? Another book?

My Heated Seats started turning themselves on...

I just did a 5 hour road trip. It really sucked. It was a constant battle. The only way to get to the loom is to take out the seat and then the carpet and center council. All the wires are green. Where is the door master switch?

My Heated Seats started turning themselves on...

Why did you do that? You think the Heating element is bad? Both the top and bottom turn on.

Any ideas what is this inside my door?

I bought a used door for my 2000 GMC Yuki. I got a 2003, and there is a part in my door that is not in the 2003. I Have no clue what it is. If you look at the pic, where the courtesy light cable goes over, and it has the two black torque bolts, bottom right, it even has a plug for it...

My Heated Seats started turning themselves on...

My 2005 Yukon Denali has decided to start turning my heated seats on when I start it. I turn them off, and then it dies it again, and again and again. Don’t know why. This happened after I took all of the seats and carpet out to put in some sound shield. 6.0L are loud. I do have a remote...

NewHigh Pressure Steering Hose laying on the steering column....where did I go wrong ...Denali Guys!

Well, this takes the cake. Unfortunately the 5.3 guys probably can't help me because it's a different set-up. I know, I looked at mine. Had to replace the line coming out of the Booster going into the back of the reservoir. Normally I pay pretty close attention as to how it runs down, but I...
