I wanted to ask why you didn't replace the oil pump with lower volume version or plug relief valve port? Help diagnosing rear seat rattle '21 Tahoe
I know what fixed mine. Tip up the seats and wrap the latch on the floor with several wraps of electrical tape. Or you can wrap it with thin rubber like bicycle inner tube held by tie wraps on ends. This will make it slightly harder to latch down but fixed the rattle on mine. I originally... -

0w-20 as recommended for my 6.2L engine in my 2016 Denali works fine. I have used Amsoil Signature oil since new and no issues burning or using oil. What is the problem with 0W-20? I run Amsoil 5W-20 and no issues with mine. 65,000 miles and not burning or using oil. I did add a catch can and get about 1/2 pint in it every 5,000 miles. Thinner oil flows better and this engine is clearanced to run fine on 0-20.- rbromm

2nd Row Seat Adjustment Levers Rattling
Try this fix for your rattling seats. I used short piece of bicycle inner tube attached to the floor attachment rods with tie wraps. A few wraps of electrical tape may work too. My seat is a little harder to latch down with rubber on seat attachment rod but it will latch down if pushed firmly. -
