I totally agree. Just goes to show the incompetence with some of the techs there. I get that there is a lot more than just a ac compressor and condenser but still if you fill it and add dye then you need to check every single place there is an ac line or fitting
Yes I’m still in Boca, no I didn’t buy the truck from this dealer but I’ve learned to go straight to the top when dealing with issues in this truck. It’s all good now
Well it’s been a while since I got my 17 suburban and since I’ve bought it, it’s been at Chevy a total of 5 times...
All the workings of things have been rectified and fixed but just want to share my experience.

I brought the truck in literally a week after buying...
I had bought my 09 with 92xxxk for 16k had everything though LT with the sound package and captains chairs on the mid row. They can be had for less I’m sure but they’re out there
Also I looked at getting my Tahoe back and kinda blew that opportunity, apparently they would take back the suburban if I had driven it less than 50 miles or 3 days. Being that I got it the night before I drove back down, voided that out
Because I’m not one for all of those fancy amenities, I’m a simple guy lol. I was happy with my Tahoe and having an aux cord, and having to a truck that I wasn’t worried about throwing tools in the back. I do a lot of side business from my full time job. I’m just afraid of breaking fancy...
Well I was happy until two days ago when the ac quit. I’m not a happy camper with this truck. I really don’t like it. Electric steering feels funny. Lane assist (let me drive the car please) is a joke. It shakes at idle (I’m told it’s due to a design flaw with the motor mounts) ********. Truck...
