    You will get the message if the fuse is blown or the relay is bad even if you have the resistors. I found that out after I removed the relay and fuses so power wouldn’t go to the compressor. Immediate error message.

    Replaced the shocks today with 5100’s. Instantly a better ride. One of the Z55 shocks busted open when removing it and spit oil everywhere. My guess is they were not performing correctly.     New tie rod ends, struts, upper and lower control arms and 36mm socket ordered. Will be a busy weekend. Hopefully being in the south and very little rust it all comes apart easily.

    Ok, so new upper control arms, and lower ball joints? Will I need a press for the lower ball joints? Rent a tool from AutoZone? I’ve decided I am installing the bilstiens (already have them in the rear) I’ll take out the spacer and use the bilstien to bring it back level.

    The same thing happened to me, wire on plug 8 came loose. no Idea how but pushed it back in and made sure it was in there good and the misfire was gone.

    Ive done everything on my truck, all brakes/rotors, suspension, fuel pump, belts, engine mounts, oil changes, and probably a million other things. I am getting quotes now to have the noisy AC compressor replaced. I dont have the tools to capture and recharge the system.

    2011 5.3. I got the i3 with the main purpose to disable AFM and raise the idle. Raised the idle 100 RPM and now at idle it is super smooth, no more hiccups while sitting at a light. I am just using the 87 tune for now, may install the 'firm' transmission tune as well. but so far it is working...
