    we replaced tensioner and idler as well - all i can say is we got 2 different Dayco 93" belts they were both too short

    no clue its a 2002 6.0 denali - old belt was completely shredded so idk how long it was - new belt was 93" dayco and it was too short

    i had a weird problem today - the 93" serpentine belt was too short to fit the 6.0....i ended up having to use the 94" chevy traverse belt which worked great...but now i want to know why

    coolant gauge not working

    hi my coolant gauge is showing max hot at key on - but the scanner is showing the correct temperature the car only has 1 coolant temp sensor right? so that means the actual cluster gauge is defective? are there any simple solutions other than cluster replace?

    today i changed the orifice tube and manually moved the hot/cold blend door....still no change im leaning toward a bad/blocked evap core but idk how to check it...i know i should have colder temps on the suction line than i have

    we threw a new compressor in today....air coming out at ambient temp 90 degrees....pressure is good 300psi on high.....i lasered the before and after on the orifice tube and did not see a big difference in temperature....this is bad right? any tips for next steps ? we even tried cutting off all...
