I need one that has the backup camera cutout but I do not need the camera.

I believe the part number is OEM # 23168610 / 2316-8610

If you're wanting it because it has no holes, think about having your Tahoe appliqué filled and shaved. The lines on the Tahoe one are rounder and look much cleaner.

I thought about that if I didn't get the Escalade appliques, now that they are on the way I want to continue the non rounded look on the back.
