so now you created a vacuum leak as well?

I have heat, good heat, not that crappy kinda sorta heat as if I had a window cracked going down the highway at 60mph type of heat...but real heat! And man what a difference, even in just the 30 miles traveled so far last night and on the way to work today, I can really notice a difference. Its the first time in many years that I can remember the motor has heated up past 170°. Me likey. pleas use a 195° thermostat please.
I just recently replaced the thermostat so I know that's not the issue.
Well turns out the problem is I have a hole in the plastic box and the ac condenser is busted up also![]()

I filled it with foam as a temp fix, so the hot air doesn't escape.
Fixing the condenser is a big job am I right?
Hello I need help I don't have any air or heat or defrost coming in my dash. Can you helpdo hoses 16 and 18 get as hot as the the rest of hoses at least? look at the part below and notice the crank on it. when you turn the temp setting from max cold to any other setting that crank should move. do you see that happening?
