Gas guage should start working I a while. Gotta drive it. Reset your oil life on the truck then reset the remote link. They both worked on mine but I remember now like your situation not at first.

I'll try that. I think I'll also keep mine active just for the Remote Link

Does a gmc terrain one work. We have a 10 in the shop that will likely go total this week?

I am new to this site so bare with me. I recently bought a 2007 Tahoe LT and did the VCIM swap with a 2011 Silverado with bluetooth lg brand. I do not have navigation. It connects to my iPhone 5s but if I call my wife on it, it has a really bad echo. How do I fix that?

Unplug the microphone and have somebody call you and see if there is a echo on the listening end. If not new mic. If so possible need new unit.

Onstar also heard the echo and if I turn the volume all the way down, the echo stops. You mentioned new unit meaning the VCIM or radio?

Did you try to unplug the mic. Then make a call. Could be a bad mic.

Ok I unplugged the mic and there is no echo. Just thinking now, before we did the swap, we called onstar and they never mentioned an echo. Probably should if mentioned that earlier.

I ended up switching back to my old VCIM and called onstar and got no echo.

Maybe a bad connection on the new vcim or the mic. I would wiggle the plug on both ends while on a call.

I ended up leaving the old VCIM in because my wife would rather have onstar know who we are in case an emergency. Has anyone heard of the bluefusion?

Yes. That's what I was going to go with before I did the vcim. You can find them new on eBay sometimes for like 75 bucks.

The only one I found is 180 on ebay...... Also, I bought the stock navi for it for $500, is it a straight swap?

U will need the gps antenna n such. They sell a upgrade package on eBay I believe. The blue fusions will pop up cheaper. Just be patient.
