Running your 3-6 drop and wanting the front a bit lower what could I run spindles or keys and will I still be able to run these in 24" with 295/35 tires?

Yes 3" arms.

You can crank up keys and put in spindles. That being said the 295n35 24 would run a tad. Id look into 295 30 24

no sorry. To many issues with black chrome (fading within a year or not matching other wheels) dont get them anymore
