I think so, just need to take some time to use some loctite or jbweld on the hinge posts. Would you like pics of where it broke off?

To hold this ring mount...

I just ordered a new one because I'm deployed and don't have the time, space, or tools to fix it. I can send you pictures of the brand new one so you know exactly what it's supposed to look like put back together. If not I know plenty on here who can.
