Looking good, but I want to see more of these:
  • Custom switch panel in place of factory 6-disk changer
  • Custom suede accents (work in progress)

I want some suede stuff, looking for ideas and the switch what all powers them?

The "suede" is just some cheap fake suede that feels and looks pretty nice that i got from joans for like $20 for a shit ton of it. The switch panel i made from a scrap piece of plastic laying around and threw some switches in it. One is wired to my footwells, one to the strip above my cluster, and the rest nothing for now. One will go to my cupholder LEDs when i get around to them using your thread actually! haha.
Heres some pics:

I plan on doing the glove box and the carpet pieces on the front doors along with maybe the leather panels

thanks for the pics. Fake suede or not, I like it. All looks the same to me. Looks like you did a pretty good job putting it on as well. I did something one time, did not come out so well. If i could i would change all to black interior. But I like the pieces you did so far.

Cup holder thread-- mine? Didnt think i made one. Mine are ripped out now. take things apart to much.

Led strip above cluster? For what? Accent lighting. Intrigued.

I want to put accent lights in the A/C vents on the headliner.

Alright, im done. But like what you have done.

Thanks man! Lol I guess it wasn't your thread but I've definitely seen your pics and it inspired me. Yes the strip is for accent lighting. I will post a pic in the morning if I remember haha. The suede was fairly easy man as long as you have the right 3m aerosol glue. I'm dreading doing the glove box though due to there being not much space to tuck it behind and the relief cut for the handle.

Also, yesterday I dropped off the truck at the body shop. My local shop scratched my hood and are taking care of it and getting my whole hood repainted along with the underside which was starting to rust. So in reality I'm making out better than before! Also having them grind down, seal, and repaint under my rear fenders wells where some rust was starting to form. Hopefully I'll pick it up tomorrow! Also need to install my new horn. My low pitch horn died a few weeks back and sounds pathetic

Installed my new low pitch horn and put in a grille for my sub today. Just a cheap eBay waffle grille for now.

Well winter mode came early this year with my having to get surgery soon and being out of commission for a while. Dipped the beat up stockers. I kind of like it. Different look
