is it a farely easy install. i will be the first to admit im not very mechanically sound. basic stuff here and there i can handle but never done a tune of any kind
Can you plug in a plug? Can you follow directions? Can you press buttons?

yes and they give you step by step instructions. No mechanical knowledge needs. Just plug in the autocal, read the files per the instructions, send files to Justin, he'll send you back your tuned files and you'll load those per the instructions. Very easy.

sounds easy enough to me. whats the price on one of those run?
Just wanted to report on the tune for today in Va. Justin tuned my Tahoe and gave me a lot of good advice. I appreciate the service Justin and everyone at Blackbear provide. One question though, is there a bigger BLACK BEAR PERFORMANCE Decal? Say one wide enough for the base of the tailgate window or the base of the front windshield?

Not so easy for me. Had some issues, and no way to contact them. I cannot believe they do not have phone support, even with some type of limited hours.
I have no doubt that all will be well eventually, but right now I'm a bit ticked.

What problems are you having? We had a death in the family last week (included in our out of office), so emails are definitely behind as we regroup.
