They're not at dealerships but you can order them and get them in a few weeks.

i ordered mine about a month ago and it comes in next week i think, takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks but they are available to be ordered.

No. Very minor. I will look for the differences. The 09 and there after already have the 6 speed. VVT is a possibility I think and v4 mode should last longer. Just stay away from any model with the 4speed in it.
