Ok so I had the trim around the rear windows of my wife's 2002 barn door Tahoe painted to match. Tell me what y'all think.

I like it A LOT!

Looking for similar results after installing my ESKY Vent Caps as well as the plastic trim piece surrounding the 3rd Brake Light, which are both currently at the paint shop being color matched.

And what does the Mrs. think about her painted pieces?

Barn doors are one of those things you don't love it til you own it. I had barn doors on mine and loved it.

Chevy Astros and Ford Excursions both had those modified split doors....... I grew to like them on both.

I think it looks good, I have a barn door one too but I didn't have a choice my dad passed it to me when he got a NNBS. So despite the 'baldness' looks pretty clean.

Yup, that's me, short, cute little foot.

It was the wife's 99 OBS, way easier to get to the back vs. the tailgate the OBS has. With the NBS you do not have this problem, but who ever had an OBS knows exactly what I am talking about.

Even at 6' 0" it was a pain on the butt to load stuff across that tailgate vs. barndoors.
