Looks great Alex.

I finished my fuel pump install, egr valve and cabin air filters. Gonna try to do an oil change, install some new bumpstops up front and remove my ebcm so I can get it repaired this weekend.

Did you delete your egr?

Did you delete your egr?

Is there any benefit to deleting the EGR?

I have been researching it lately, trying to clean up engine bay, but getting mixed reviews and answers on if it does anything or worth effort???

Any info or help on that would be great. Thanks

Looks good Max.

I'm searching for a fuel pump with the right connector since my new one quit after 24hrs.

You can delete the egr if you have 03+ manifolds or aftermarket headers. GM made a plug for the intake manifold as some of the 2500hd truck were having failures and they did away with the entire system. I don't know how much it benefits emissions but I'm not a fan of recirculating exhaust through the intake, damn truck still won't pass emissions out here with a brand new cat though. **** emissions. Oh **** fuel pumps too at least I have a new walbro 255 sitting in the shop for when mine dies. Ugh I hate this truck sometimes.

Pulled the factory roof cross bars, putting a Thule rack on tomorow to put my bikes on.

Damn I like the look of the truck without the bars.

I loaded and bunch of wire and equipment into the Yuk, Drove to my clients home, Pre-wired 5 rooms of HDMI distributed video, 6 rooms of distributed Audio, and a 7.2 surround sound. Love my truck! It helps that I have 3 Chevy Express 2500's as well! ;)

I think I read that he wrapped it flat black. If he chimes in I wonder what it'll cost to do that. I would love to wrap mine in flat white.

Got my Thule rack installed. Getting a bike up there is a whole different experience from getting them on top of my hondas in the past!

Installed my intake last night.

Just demolded

And removed that silly plastic piece from the back window. There was more adhesive on that than the moldings.

Once again I went against all that is holy in this state and covered my trailer hitch. Also finished the debadge (bout time) and used steel wool to clean the windshield and side glass. Burned the hell out of my scalp too.

had my trans rebuilt, put in oversized HD cooler to replace factory dinky one, and corvette servo as well. well not the whole servo, just the spring, it was cheaper. 830$ out the door including parts, labor and install. i rolled in, the tore my trans out, apart, steam bath, and a full rebuild and had in back in my truck in 5 1/2 hrs.
