I do not understand how you guys have such a harsh ride with 24's, i have had a couple sets and do not think they ride much different.

OP.. We have Pirelli P-Zero.

Felix.. 3pc or 2pc or 1pc won't make a ride difference. Nothing to do with fat wallets. I have a set of perfect 24" CoR 3 piece wheels in the forum for 2500 shipped and no one bit. $2500 is nothing for 3pc! $4500 savings.

Yates... When people buy a 24" and stick a Nankang or Wasabi tire on it, it's gonna ride like shit. I'm glad if someone has put a wasabi sauce tire on their 24" and loved it, but I can tell you for those finicky folks who have 24s will vouch that there is a considerable difference between a 305/35/24 Sushi brand tire and a Pirelli/Nitto/and the like. You and I have obviously had good luck with or tire choices. :)

Back to OP.. Please god no. Don't do those escalade platinum wheels. Nothing looks worse than that Cadillac center cap with the blank logo in the center and gmc written across it. I don't see why folks like that so much. Just looks like someone stuck a gmc logo on top of a caddy wheel. That center cap is way too large. The wheel design is nice, but that center cap is ugly. Covered lugs aren't the hot thing now anyhow... Exposed lug for the win!

The fat wallet part was talking about the 3 piece rims + top notch tires + BBK which makes having 24's considerably better. And it was just a joke anyways geez Robbie take it easy!!

Damn you Felix. I had to call my counselor and ask if I was being mean again. What a waste of $85/hr.

Anyhoot...my vote is 366.

Now the fight is with me! :Jedi:

I actually thought about getting those COR wheels you had Robbie and wrapping them in some 24" tires. The $2k system I am doing right now and the fact I would be downsizing has delayed me. But I would downsize my Gianelles for COR wheels quick.
If you still have those at the end of the summer you may just have a buyer!

I half way agree with robbie on this, 1st the platinum wheels are sick but that center cap is huge and gaudy it takes away from the rest of the Wheel, IMO.

2nd, i have covered nuts on my tahoe and i think it looks quite nice. Keeps em from getting chilly. Haha
