Yeah, a nice pair of TYC parking lamps will run you $60 and two sets of nice LEDs for $110.

Well, just ordered the one's from Stylintrucks..... I did however find a $10 coupon off for any order though (enews).

I just paid more for my parking lights than I did my TYC HID headlights...now that sucks...

btw, the first cheaper LED parking/bumper lights were not that bright either. Just in case someone else was looking to buy some similar.

Atomic, look up "carpartnation" on ebay. I bought them from them for $120 i think. He sells them for $130, but has a "make an offer" thing on his page. I've heard he'll go as low as $110. I should have tried lower.

The TYC lights are plastic lensed and im am nothing but happy with them.

I had the cheap plastic lenses before and they were useless. Leaked and the lense almost came off. Its all about quality with headlights, but if they are plastic or glass.

The TYC light is completly different. I was going to go glass too, but am glad i listen to some guys on here.

Buy'em!

You can get them with the HID kit or without...around $240 and $140, respectively.

If I were to do it over I would buy the headlights without the HID kit. The color temp is 4300K, while this offers the most lumens I do not like the color. I have LEDs in the parking lights and they yellow out the HIDs. I will be replacing the kit with a 8000K 55W one. You will be legal if you get the headlights with the HID kit though.

The only problem with that would be the fact that you will be missing the wiring harness. You can still do the kit without it though, but you will not have the 4 Hi mod and your wiring might not be up to it.

I wonder how TYC managed that. They're not projectors so they must have achieved the top cutoff through some other means.

I've really got to go over to DDM. They're like 5-10 minute drive from my work. Want to upgrade my wife's car's lights.

They use D1R bulbs along with a HID reflector. Most Lincoln vehicles with HIDs use this.

Projectors use a D1S bulbs. This is what you are starting to see more and more of.
