front speakers just stopped working

That happened to me a few weeks ago after turning the car off with a DVD playing. When I turned the car back on (with the DVD still in), the front speakers and turn signal noise didn't work. After I got to where I was going, I ejected the DVD, turned the car off and then back on and it seemed to work again. Hasn't happened since
