Yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes. I'm so happy i finally found the right one!!! Texas auto's website had it up for 37,888-- on ebay it was 36,888. I haggled him down to 35k flat then plus TTL :Handshake:

LOL! I was in the middle of replying to everyone (and yourself) and got caught up talking to the finance guy at Texas Auto. Turns out they can't do loans that small so I only have to bring 14,500 tomorrow and the rest is financed with a low 6-7% interest rate. The first payment i'll just hand em a huge lump sum I guess...

Yeaaaaaa the expedition is not in roadtrip condition hahaha.. probably have to borrow my moms Acura MDX : /

I doubt he is going to bail because I just faxed his bank the Title and Bill of Sale lol. He plans on coming into Lafayette, meeting at the notary, signing, and leaving. In and out. Then I guess i'm driving straight to Houston after that (which is a 4 hour straight shot west) to pick up the esky that's all ready to go.

I hope the best for you that both deals go thru without a hitch. That Esky is HOT!! Clean inside and out......not much to do to it ;) I said not much......

Buying/selling a vehicle dependent on the sale of yours is a nervous test for sure....

I pretty much signed off on my Denali before I even sold my Envoy....I was just hoping my buyer wouldn't get cold feet---glad she didn't ;)

I will be looking forward to the details of a sucessful weekend and personal pics of that NEW Esky :)

Hahah yea it is clean but of course with a Modder's Mentality, something will come up that just HAS to be done haha...

Yeaaa I kinda just did the same thing with your Denali/Envoy situation lol... someone just emailed me a lil while ago asking to buy my car. I told them it was sold but if somehow it fell through that i'd give them a call so at least I have a back up. Another local guy has been emailing me all week asking me to sell it to him for 29,500 so he's always there... glad I didn't give it to him since I ended up getting 3k more then what he's offering.

And yes, as soon as the weekend is over, many personal pictures of the NEW (to me :)) esky will be plastered all over the walls of TYF hehe

I don't really understand credit scores anyway. Mine is at 785 but my wife (who has NO income) has an 804 credit score

A lot has to do with how many accounts you have open with revolving credit. The higher the denominator (max credit limit of each card accumulated), the better your credit score will be (that is, if you pay everything on time every month). Using over 1/3 of your total credit limit can also hurt your credit score. I've never paid a late bill in my life so my credit report is squeaky clean. Even one late payment can give you negative points. The reason i'm not in the 800's is because it also matters how LONG the accounts stay open for, so all i need is time and I'll eventually get there as long as i keep on paying these damn cards :Handshake:

That is true and my one credit card that I even have has been open for about 12 years now so that might explain that. I'm just amazed that the wife's is higher than mine with no income  Before she cancelled her one card her limit on that was about 4 times higher than the limit on mine for some reason.
