Hey guys I’m new to the forum and I signed up to get help with my 2021 Yukon Denali, I am having a whole host of issues recently that popped up.

* The seat doesn't move
* The rear camera doesn’t Work
* Radio Sound Doesn’t work
* Rear Trunk doesn’t open

I had the modules reprogrammed and still the issues persisted

Here is a printout of the codes, can anyone give me some insight as to what can cause this and a possible fix

Who programmed the modules? What was used to program them?

Did all the issues begin at once?

Has the battery and its posts and connectors been checked? Posts and connectors clean and tight? Age of battery?

I had the modules reprogrammed by a mobile GM Tech they used the AC Delcho system, the guy who gave me the print out programmed the modules. He just left and charged me $500, I haven’t checked the battery but I don’t have any problem starting the car. Would a battery give these issues , if I put a charger or booster on it maybe that would be a good test ?

A failing battery can cause all sorts of electrical problems and codes - but still start the vehicle (as can dirty or corroded battery terminal connectors or posts).

How old is the battery?

Why did the GM Tech reprogram all of those modules? Did he do any diagnostic evaluation of the vehicle?

We were thinking maybe it was the gateway module that was bad

Are you saying even after the tech reprogrammed the modules these issues are still happening?

There are multiple “modules” in your vehicle. I would start with contacting that mobile service tech and get a detailed list of which EXACT modules he reprogrammed.

I would also share with them that even after his reprogramming and the $500 you spent your issues have not been resolved.

Welcome to the Forum from NH.

Lots of knowledgeable folks here who freely share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. Knowledge is power.

I hope that you will become a participating member in the Forum's discussions.

Pics of the truck, please. If we can't see it, it does not exist.

You are already receiving sage advice from the knowledgeable folks on this Forum.

It's a damn shame that you spent $500, and you did not get your issue resolved. It would be very helpful to us in helping you, if you can get some of the troubleshooting and re-programming info from the GM Tech that worked on your truck. It is highly unusual for somebody to re-program several modules in one session.

Not sure how attempting to reprogram modules would fix circuit shorts or opens, as the Bxxxx codes indicate for the seat module. Those errors could be taking down the network hence the Uxxxx codes.

You may be able to find detailed info about those codes online, or at https://lemon-manuals.la/.

Glanced at your codes and the seat codes are all for open and shorted connectors. Should be pretty easy to diagnose with the wiring diagram.

Not sure why you decided to program the module when there is obvious wiring issues there. Connector loose, wires damaged, loose ground, etc. looks like 17 codes just for the seat module that go down to each individual pin on the connector that has an issue…..

So, I think some clarification is necessary here. I don't know of any actual GM techs running around using "TOPDON" diagnostic equipment, but I could 100% be wrong. It sounds more like you hired a local mobile mechanic to come and complete the task of reprogramming module(s).

Who diagnosed the vehicle and came up with reprogramming as the solution?

Did the "GM tech" attempt to clear the codes or do any investigative work?

Have you (or the "GM tech") checked that the connections under the dash above the brake pedal are good?

Have you had any issues with small critters climbing around under the hood where they could've chewed up some wiring?

How do all of the fuses/relays look?
